All Norwich University master’s degree programs culminate in a required, weeklong capstone residency in June. Residency is an exciting time for our students where they get to explore and learn our 200-year history, all while meeting their classmates and professors to form lifelong relationships.
While current circumstances around COVID-19 forced us to take our event virtual in June 2020, we filled the week with a combination of live sessions, guest speakers, social events and resources to showcase all that is Norwich. Below you will find links to view some of these sessions. Enjoy!

The College of Graduate and Continuing Studies welcomed Pete Smith as the 2020 Residency Conference keynote and Todd Lecture Series speaker. Pete Smith is an international speaker and coach in the fields of leadership, management, personal growth and development. His energetic, edgy, and interactive style is complimented by his ability to provide practical takeaways that actually work, while having a little fun in the process.
